Our online store gives you the possibility to return and replace the products you bought due to your non-physical presence during the purchase.

Product returns and exchanges can only be made if all of the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be made within 14 working days of receiving your order.
• The product(s) must be intact and unused.
• Underwear and socks cannot be returned.
• The product(s) should be followed by all accompanying documents (retail receipt, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc.). All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

1) Before the product is shipped – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to barbarissport@gmail.com or by calling 22840 22986 daily 09:00-14:00 and Saturday 09:00-14:00 . If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, you will be charged €10.00.

2) After receiving the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the product return, the conditions mentioned above regarding damage to the returned products etc. must be met. Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus €10.00 for shipping costs (€5.00 for shipping and another €5.00 for returning the product, the amount which we do not charge our customers upon delivery of the order, provided they do not exercise the right of withdrawal).
