Pickup from the store

In the event that the Customer selects pick up from the store when submitting the order, he will receive an electronic update on the estimated time of receiving his order from the store in question (receipt confirmation). The customer is obliged to receive his order within five calendar days of receiving the relevant notification of receipt. If the customer does not receive the product within two (2) calendar days of receiving the notification for collection, the store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale. To receive the order, the customer must show the order confirmation (order code) and the receipt notification, as well as an official identification document (such as a national ID card or passport). If the customer wishes to authorize a third person to receive his order, then the third authorized person should have with him a special authorization to receive the specific order legally recognized by KEP or police or other authority, as well as an official document necessary for the identity check (police ID, passport, etc.). Since after receiving the products, the risk passes to the customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order.

Shipping by courier and delivery to the customer's address

In the case that the product is sent to the place chosen by the customer, the product is delivered to the external carrier-partner and the customer is informed electronically that the product is ready to be shipped . Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's order. Any incorrect entry by the customer and, therefore, incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not the responsibility of the store but of the customer. Since after receiving the products, the risk passes to the customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order. If the customer does not receive the product after receiving the notification to send and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, the store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

Shipping costs are €5 for orders up to €49.99 and for all of Greece.
For orders from €50 and above the shipping cost is free.
Hard-to-reach destinations are excluded.
Orders are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1pm.
The cost of transport can be changed in case of large volume or weight, always after consultation with the customer.

The delivery time of the order will be 2-3 working days from the day it is sent.
Delivery time may vary due to unpredictable factors such as: special product processing, strikes, shipping company delays, holidays, public holidays.

Non-Receipt

In the event that you did not receive your package for any reason and it was returned to us and you wish to resend it, cash on delivery is no longer available. You should pay the corresponding amount via bank deposit to one of the cooperating banks.

In case you have prepaid your order (e.g. credit card) and you did not receive your parcel for any reason, if you wish to resend it, you will be charged with the corresponding resending cost.
